Pros: Powerful engines, available AWD, generous interior and trunk space, comfortCons: Dated platform, poor city fuel economy for even base V6 models, lacks many leading technology features. They are a large organization, and at times it took a while to find the right person to answer questions, but as a whole, they were quite responsive.
