All you need to do is send a letter to HMRC. Good service, the form was easy to fill in . In regards to the reply from tax returned I do not believe that I have lied about any thing I have written I do not appreciate being called a liar by you I asked for proof of my signature and you sent me a copy of a scribble that you say I digitally signed that didn't resemble my signature at all I have now passed this on to hmrc fraud and as soon as I get a copy of the scribble you say is my signature that will be taken to the police for them to investigate, Long waiting with no updates, wannabe polite custumer service without actual answers, and after half a year no result... definetly not recommended.

All you need to do is send a letter to HMRC. Good service, the form was easy to fill in . In regards to the reply from tax returned I do not believe that I have lied about any thing I have written I do not appreciate being called a liar by you I asked for proof of my signature and you sent me a copy of a scribble that you say I digitally signed that didn't resemble my signature at all I have now passed this on to hmrc fraud and as soon as I get a copy of the scribble you say is my signature that will be taken to the police for them to investigate, Long waiting with no updates, wannabe polite custumer service without actual answers, and after half a year no result... definetly not recommended.

I believe there is a template on MSE. Just having the peace of mind in knowing that your tax code is correct and you are paying the correct tax is a great result.
