It's a good job if you have no life and no family and dont mind breaking your body down. 3 days off in a row are rare, even after working 4x10's they will call you with one day off and expect you to come in. Very demanding job .... very little respect ... top management is very narcissistic and lie promising full time when they have no intentions of it. Occassional computer programs are frustrating. The trucks break down daily, the trailers are trashed and full of black mold, and this is the second summer of no AC (they continue to look into it), and the equipment is always broken, or falling apart. 10%. I love the fact it’s typically a 4 day work week and getting FT hours and then some as there’s OT Readily available for those who want it! Pepsi doesn't only not allow drivers to secure partial loads, but also is repeatedly sloppy at loading pallets AND overloading up to 2000 lbs over legal limits. Delivery is the worst department.

It's a good job if you have no life and no family and dont mind breaking your body down. 3 days off in a row are rare, even after working 4x10's they will call you with one day off and expect you to come in. Very demanding job .... very little respect ... top management is very narcissistic and lie promising full time when they have no intentions of it. Occassional computer programs are frustrating. The trucks break down daily, the trailers are trashed and full of black mold, and this is the second summer of no AC (they continue to look into it), and the equipment is always broken, or falling apart. 10%. I love the fact it’s typically a 4 day work week and getting FT hours and then some as there’s OT Readily available for those who want it! Pepsi doesn't only not allow drivers to secure partial loads, but also is repeatedly sloppy at loading pallets AND overloading up to 2000 lbs over legal limits. Delivery is the worst department.
