Comparing records from March 20 through May 13 each year since 1938: Rain: Cleveland has had 7.42 inches of rain this spring, ranking 21st out of the 82 years, and down from 8.43 inches last year. In fact, there’s been at least some rain in Cleveland 15 out of the last 19 days, including the last five days in a row. Green indicates an above normal chance of precipitation, and brown indicates a below normal chance. During the summer months temperatures were above normal, and so was the humidity.
